As a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating a sustainable, quality health care system, Martin’s Point was looking to refine its online presence through the use of a single content management system.

Within this engagement, I acted as both mentor and head of usability research, leading the planning, architecture, design and implementation of Martinspoint.org (main site), tricare.martinspoint.org (US Family Health Plan), medicare.martinspoint.org (Generations Advantage) and healthcarecenters.martinspoint.org (Health Care Centers), while providing design oversight to team members (both internal and external).

The resultant sites have extended a consolidated brand and consistent look-and-feel, enabling Martin’s Point to clearly define its industry-leading products across market segments.
